Catastrophe work is its own discipline: high volume, displaced families, carriers under strain. Johnny has worked it repeatedly — deployed to Superstorm Sandy, adjusting Houston flood losses for the National Flood Insurance Program, and working Lahaina fire claims with his team after 2023. Now he's helping Spokane families after the Old Trails Fire.

He also spent three years running a licensed private investigation practice — SIU and fraud work that taught him how carriers build a file against a claim. Property scopes and estimates are prepared in Xactimate, the same platform the carrier's adjuster uses.
