When you need an expert witness

What you get

21+ years of vehicle valuation experience nationwide — Diminished Value, Loss of Use, total loss, and classic & specialty vehicles. Full qualifications, case history, and CV are on our appraiser's bio page.

Engagement and fees

Expert testimony and court appearances are engaged by separate written authorization and billed at $295/hour plus expenses. Report preparation is quoted per case. If we don't believe your valuation position will survive scrutiny, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar on testimony.

Attorneys: we're happy to review a valuation report before you decide whether the case needs an expert. A short consult often answers it.
